The PADI Seal Team programme is for young divers who are looking for action-packed fun in a pool, by doing exciting scuba Aqua Missions.  Children can do some cool stuff in the pool, meet friends, and share in the adventure of the underwater World.

The PADI Seal Team programme provides parents with a structured program that lets their children develop skills, learn about the aquatic environment and have a lot of good, clean fun. This is also an excellent way to introduce kids to scuba diving prior to full PADI Open Water Diver certification.

Sessions are held in The Diving pool Lisburn Leisure Plex. Children should be comfortable in the water, but they don’t have to be super swimmers.

What do I learn?

PADI Seals get to sample a wide variety of dives. They can find out what it's like to dive with flashlights, take digital pictures underwater or float effortlessly like an astronaut.

Aqua Missions one to five teach kids the basics of diving. This includes things like buoyancy control, mask clearing, and regulator recovery. Upon successful completion of the first five Aqua Mission pool sessions Over 5 Consecutive Friday evenings, students become PADI Seal Team members. The PADI Seal Team programme costs £199 including all Padi materials, equipment And Training.

After building a solid foundation of scuba skills, kids move on to part two. Part two is full of specialty AquaMissions, which again usually last about an hour.  Upon successful completion of ten additional specialty Aqua Missions, students become Padi Master Seal Team members. Or if 10 Years of Age go on to Padi Junior open water

The Seal Team programme:
  1. Helps children learn responsibility
  2. Teaches children about the aquatic environment
  3. Is a fun pool-only experience
  4. Is Run Over 5 Consecutive Friday Evenings so not to interfere with School
